Juro Izumi (Two Loops Ago) (和泉 十郎 Izumi Juro), also known as Prisoner 426 or the Other Juro Izumi is a recurring antagonist in 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.
Profile
This incarnation of Juro Izumi originally came from two loops before the main timeline of the game. Having escaped the kaiju invasion with Chihiro Morimura by traveling back in time thanks to the sacrifice of Tsukasa Okino, Izumi became determined to change the future through risky and extreme measures.
Personality
When he was at the same age as Juro Kurabe, he was more or less the same kind and benevolent individual who cares about his friends and his love interest, Morimura.
After escaping 16 years into the past and growing up in nearly the same amount of time, Izumi is calm and serious, yet can be aggressive and takes drastic measures if it means achieving his goal of preventing the kaiju invasion from occurring. Despite this, he is not completely cold-hearted as he hoped the deaths committed by his hands were not in vain and would even apologize to some of the sentinel pilots of the previous loop before taking their lives.
By the time he reappears in the main timeline, Izumi becomes a lot more methodical in his planning and avoids committing outright harm to the sentinel pilots he meets unless he is given no other option. He also chooses to use his words to reason and negotiate with individuals like Nenji Ogata.

References
- ↑ Since he was a first-year when the world ended 2 loops ago in 2105 (Year 17 of the loop), he must have been born between April 2089 (Year 1) and April 2090 (Year 2). Since it's unknown what month of the year each loop ended and started, the range of possible ages gets bigger, entering the final loop at age 30 - 34. The exact dates he was shot by Morimura and later reawekened as an android by Ida in the final loop are also unknown other than the years (Year 9 and Year 12 respectively). Knowing the Final Battle takes place on May 27th-28th (Year 17), his age comes up to 41 - 48 years old approximately.
- ↑ He's been purely consciousness without a body of flesh since Ida reawakened him as an android in the Final Loop. Therefore, his physical appearance as adult Juro Izumi would be what he looked like before Morimura shot him at age 37 - 43.
