Heizo Onishi (尾西 平三 Onishi Heizou) is a character in 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.
Profile
Heizo Onishi, commonly known as Onishi the Ogre, is a plainclothes police officer for the Kamazumi Police Force, juvenile division. While he is especially attentive to youth misconduct and does not shy away from cracking down on it, he genuinely cares for the well-being of the youths he works with. Because of this, students affectionately call him Onishi the Ogre.

While he does not shy away from cracking down on misbehaving youths, he genuinely cares for them.

Etymology
- Heizou (平三) is written with the kanji for (平) (hei) meaning flat, common, plain, and (三) (zou) meaning three.
- Onishi (尾西) is written with the kanji for (尾) (o) meaning tail, slope, and (西) (nishi) meaning west.
