Overview

The abandoned factory 2F is located in Higoromo-cho, inside the building depicted in Abandoned Factory Alley. It is Tsukasa Okino's and Takatoshi Hijiyama's base of operations in Sector 4, and is often referred to as their hideout. There is a door connecting to an exterior stair that leads to the outside alley.

This factory was previously used to produce nuts, bolts, and washers, and still shows evidence of being used as a factory. Tsukasa Okino frequently has his screens open when working here, and there is a single standing light to illuminate the space. It is near a station that has a convenience store.
