A rental agreement allowing Megumi Yakushiji to live at the Kurabe House. In order for Yakushiji to receive the rental agreement from the owner, Tamao Kurabe, she was presented with two terms. The first is to treat Juro as Juro Kurabe, and not tell him about anything from the future, or about himself. The second is that if he starts calling himself Juro Izumi, she must report it.
This was prepared by the Tamao android, which contains the simulated personality of Tamao Kurabe.
