Letter left to Takatoshi Hijiyama by Tsukasa Okino, who had disappeared.[1]
Okino prepared the message in the event that something might happen to him, explaining that he had tinkered with Hijiyama's body, shared Sentinel No. 12 with him, and placed the activation switch on his left forearm.[2]
