The cybernetic organism development room in Shikishima Tech Lab #6.
It is located six levels underground, in the year 2100. This was an experimental facility where everything but the brain was replaced by artificial objects in the human body. Tetsuya Ida was developing a way to turn humans into androids.
Although Sector 1 was destroyed by the kaiju invasion in 2104, this laboratory remained unharmed since it was underground.
